SAARC

Since times immemorial, Indian society has been set against a male dominated backdrop. But no more...  Upliftment of women is an extremely crucial subject for India. India especially, has gone through an internal revolution of sorts in light of the Nirbhaya case, and many others making this an even more imperative to deal with.
Therefore we, the members of SAARC, strive to solve this and work towards a bright future for all the women of this nation in peril.

I, Rashika Sharma, welcome you to the intraschool Bombay Scottish school model united nations. We look forward to a conference with constructive debate, comprehensive resolutions and amicable solutions.
Here's hoping that all our time and efforts bear good fruit and you enjoy participating in the conference as much as we did while organising it.

Hello delegates! I, Disha Duggal, will be your deputy chair for the SAARC committee at BSSMUN. The topic we will be discussing is 'Women Empowerment'. When the south asian countries stand united, anything can be achieved!
Looking forward to outstanding performances from all delegates, some exhilarating debate and lots of entertainment.

I, Harshita Agarwal, welcome you to The Bombay Scottish MUN, in my 1st MUN Conference, I felt that I didn't know what I was doing, and so did most of my classmates. However, with BSSMUN I wish to give all prospective delegates experience, to face any challenges in future MUN conferences.

I will be your deputy chair for this conference, and I hope to see well prepared delegates, fighting for the rights of women in India.
